Making and Distributing PPE for Community.

I believe that providing PPE within our community should go beyond mere distribution; it should empower individuals to make their own. What if we encouraged everyone not just to receive PPE, but to learn the skills to produce it themselves? Could this approach foster a more resilient and self-sufficient community in times of crisis?
